ERP digital data capture

Capture barcodes in the browser and route to ERP-connected APIs, Dynamics middleware, or integration platforms. ERP stays authoritative; Scan2Flow handles scan input without native connector claims.

ERP capture layer

ERP scan handoff

Replace manual entry at receiving, production, and asset desks. Floor operators scan once; your integration posts to ERP.

  1. 1

    Scan item or document

Capture product, lot, asset tag, work order, or SSCC barcode on phone, handheld, or wedge station.

  2. 2

    Lookup or validate

API call returns ERP context before update - optional display action for operator confirmation.

  3. 3

    Post transaction

Middleware writes goods movement, asset event, or production scan in your ERP.

Integration pattern

Common for Dynamics, SAP middleware, NetSuite iPaaS, and custom ERP APIs:

  1. Use pattern rules for ERP item, serial, or lot formats.
  2. POST scan events to OData, REST, or iPaaS endpoints.
  3. Keep validation and posting rules in ERP or middleware.
  4. See Dynamics 365 page for Business Central example.

FAQ

Do you ship native SAP or NetSuite connectors?

No. Scan2Flow routes scans to REST endpoints you configure. Middleware owns ERP credentials.

Can this replace manual ERP data entry?

It reduces retyping when your endpoint accepts scan events. Scan2Flow captures and routes; ERP or middleware validates and posts.

Is Scan2Flow easier than ERP mobile menus for floor staff?

For scan-and-post tasks, a browser workflow is often faster than navigating full ERP screens. Scan2Flow does not replace ERP menus for complex transactions.

Try ERP scan capture

Scan a barcode and route it to your ERP-connected endpoint.
