By accessing and using Scan 2 Flow ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. Your use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of these terms and any modifications we may make.
2. Description of Service
Scan 2 Flow is a web-based barcode and QR code scanning application that allows users to scan codes using their device's camera, create automation workflows, and route scanned data to various destinations including URLs, APIs, clipboard, and custom actions. Scanning is performed locally in your browser; an optional server-side decode API (e.g. for image URLs) processes images on our servers and discards them immediately after use. The Service does not require user registration.
3. Use License
Permission is granted to use Scan 2 Flow for personal and commercial purposes. This license grants you the right to:
- Use the Service for scanning barcodes and QR codes
- Create and manage automation workflows
- Access the Service through your web browser
Under this license you may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Use the Service to scan codes that contain illegal, harmful, or malicious content
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring you have proper permissions to scan barcodes and QR codes
- The content and actions of workflows you create
- Compliance with all applicable laws when using the Service
- Maintaining the security of your device and browser
- Any consequences resulting from scanning codes or executing workflows
5. Camera and Device Access
The Service requires access to your device's camera for barcode scanning functionality. You grant permission for the Service to access your camera solely for this purpose. Camera data is processed locally in your browser and is never transmitted to external servers. You may revoke camera access at any time through your browser settings.
6. Workflows and Automation
You may create workflows that automatically route scanned codes to URLs, API endpoints, or perform other actions. You are solely responsible for:
- The configuration and content of your workflows
- Any actions performed by your workflows
- Ensuring your workflows comply with applicable laws and regulations
- The security and privacy implications of workflows that access external services
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scan 2 Flow makes no warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Accuracy or reliability of barcode/QR code detection
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Compatibility with all devices or browsers
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Scan 2 Flow, its developers, or contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service may allow you to interact with third-party services through workflows (e.g., API endpoints, URLs). Scan 2 Flow is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We use Cloudflare for hosting, security (e.g. DDoS protection), and Web Analytics; these are essential to the operation of the Service and are described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service may display logos of third-party integration platforms (such as Make.com, n8n, and Zapier) for identification purposes only. Such logos are trademarks of their respective owners. Scan 2 Flow is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these third parties unless expressly stated.
10. Modifications to Terms
Scan 2 Flow reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.
13. Trademarks and Third-Party Names
All product names, logos, brands, trademarks, and registered trademarks mentioned on this website, including but not limited to Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Zapier, Make.com, Google Sheets, and Airtable, are the property of their respective owners. Use of these names, logos, and brands does not imply endorsement by or affiliation with their respective trademark holders. These third-party marks are referenced solely for informational purposes to indicate compatibility and integration capabilities.
